Here it is: The Willy’s Kitchen Crocodile Shake.
Why crocodile you ask? Well, it is green… and with all of its powerful ingredients it makes you strong like a crocodile! 🙂
You can drink it at any time of the day, but it is best to have it in the morning right after you wake up. A power breakfast is very important, because it gives you all of the nutrition and vitamins that you need for the day.
If you have all of the ingredients already prepared in your refrigerator it only takes a few minutes to get croc-strength!
- 1 oz Broccoli
- 1 oz Green grapes
- 1 oz Green peppers
- 1 oz Spinach
- 4 oz Green apple (peeled)
- 4 oz Orange (small)
- 2 oz Pineapple
- 2 oz Kiwi
- 1 oz Avocado
- 0.5 oz Kale
- 1 cup of water
Put everything into a blender and blend it until it’s smooth. If you like your shake a little bit thinner you can add some more water. But please don’t add juice. Juice has lots of sugar.
