Avocado Toast with hard-boiled Egg

With a ton of nutrition this Avocado Toast is a perfect start for the day. It is delicious and it takes only minutes to prepare. So it is great for crazy mornings 🙂

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Yields: 1 slice of Avocado Toast


1With a small knife carefully cut the avocado in the center and then all around. Separate the two halves by turning them against each-other.

2Using a spoon carefully scoop one half right onto your slice of whole-wheat toast.

3Now take a fork, mash the avocado and spread it all across the toast.

4Peel the egg and slice it with an egg-slicer. (If you don't have one carefully slice it with a knife on a cutting board)

5Place the egg slices on top of the avocado.

6Season it with a little bit of salt & fresh pepper

7Have fun and bee cool!


1 slice whole-wheat bread (or toast)

1/2 Avocado

1 hard-boiled egg

pinch Salt & fresh pepper

Additional Recipe Notes:

TIP: To make your avocado toast even tastier you can add some sliced turkey. Simply put it on the bread and then spread the avocado right on top. Or how about cherry tomatoes and some feta cheese? Yum 🙂

NOTE: You can make hard-boiled eggs ahead of time and keep them in the refrigerator. This will safe you time in the morning. They are also great to have in your lunch box at school.
