Mixed berries with yogurt

Probably the yummiest and healthiest breakfast you can quickly put together. And who doesn't like creamy yogurt with fresh berries or other fresh fruits on top? Low-fat Greek yogurt has a lot of protein and with the vitamins and antioxidants that come from the fresh berries you will get super-hero power in only minutes 🙂

  • Prep: 10 mins

Directions

1Simply put yogurt into a bowl and top it with as many berries as you like.

Ingredients

mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

low-fat yogurt (Greek yogurt if possible)

Additional Recipe Notes

TIP: To make your breakfast yogurt even more delicious you can add granola on top. Or how about almonds or walnuts or cranberries? Or roasted coconut flakes? Yum!

Fresh berries are the best, but if you don't have access to fresh ones then frozen ones will do as well. You can use other fruits as well.

Have you ever drizzled some honey over your yogurt? Hmmmmmm 🙂
