1As always, please make sure you have all of your items ready and prepped before you start so nothing is missing.
2Put the tortilla on a cutting board. With a spoon evenly spread the pesto around. Leave about an inch without pesto (it is easier to wrap).
3Now you can start layering your items. For this wrap we use spinach, sliced turkey, cheddar cheese, red onions and tomatoes.
4Here comes the tricky part...the rolling. But don't worry, it is super easy...once you know how to do it. 🙂 First you flip the bottom part (closest to you) of the tortilla towards the center...
5...then you lift up the sides so nothing can fall out.
6Now you keep rolling the bottom part to the top...
7...until your wrap is all rolled up. Make sure you roll it nice and tight to keep everything together. You can keep it whole or slice it for your lunch box (or even a birthday party platter). (TIP: To avoid it from unwrapping and to keep it fresher you can wrap it in plastic wrap).
