Yum! Who doesn't like a refreshing smoothie in the summer? It's great for a snack or even as dessert.
Our blueberry, strawberry & banana smoothie is packed with vitamins and antioxidants and the yogurt throws in an extra protein punch to get you ready for soccer practice 🙂
- Prep: 10 mins
- Yields: 2 glasses
1Get all of your ingredients ready before you start. Please make sure your fruits/berries are washed and dried. Your blender should be 100% intact and with no loose cord. Please plug it in as far away from water as possible.
2Start by putting the blueberries into the blender...
3then the strawberries...
4...and then the bananas.
5Now add the yogurt...
6...and the milk...
7...and then the ice-cubes.
8Place the lid on the blender. Make sure to keep your hand on it while it is blending. It could get messy if the lid accidentally comes off 🙂
9Press the ON-switch and blend everything until it's nicely combined. About a minute.
10Then just pour your smoothie into a glass and you are ready to enjoy it 🙂
